1530: Hume levels reach four Humes in a four kilometer radius. Foundation agents dispatched from the joint GOC-Foundation base in Kenosha.

1708: Foundation agents arrive. Agent reports can be found in addendum 1333A2C8-XXXX.

1946: Hume levels reach eight Humes in an eight kilometer radius. Communication channels with Foundation agents
