SCP fucking ohio again
Item #: SCP-xxxx
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: something something urban legends. In the instance that another SCP or anomalous item interacts with SCP-xxxx, the incident must be reviewed by the Site 11 Spacial Anomaly Research Team Lead.
Description: SCP-xxxx is the designation given to multiple instances of geographical and spacial anomalies loosely concentrated in the state of Ohio. [extra description stuff here]. Examples of these anomalies include, but are not limited to, unrecorded road networks, large expanses of a single geographical feature, and, in rare instances, entire communities of people. Excepting the impossibility of this phenomenon, all instances are otherwise non-anomalous. Addenda: To date, [REDACTED] SCPs and anomalous items have interacted with spacial anomalies from SCP-xxxx, including one instance of retrieval during initial containment of [REDACTED]. No substantial link between these SCPs and SCP-xxxx has yet been established.
SCP-xxxx
Item #: SCP-xxxx
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-xxxx
Description: SCP-xxxx is an object that shifts into varying symmetrical polyhedrons on a regular basis. Nearly all of the recorded polyhedrons are simple in nature, with cubes and spheres appearing a large majority of the time. The frequency with which certain polyhedrons appears to be linked to the complexity of the polyhedron, with more complex shapes appearing less often. The shapes and frequency of appearance of the various polyhedrons are recorded in Table xxxx: of Recorded Polyhedrons. Shifts occur at random intervals, with 12 hours and 43 minutes being the maximum recorded interval. Analysis of video recordings indicate that the change is either instantaneous or nearly instantaneous, and sensors indicate that no air is displaced during transformation. Testing is pending regarding the effects of a human holding the object when it transforms.

When an unconditioned human viewer is exposed SCP-xxxx or an image of SCP-xxxx, the viewer is initially filled with a sense of disgust and repulsion towards the object, and will loudly vocalize his/her disgust towards the object nearly 95% of the time. After initial exposure (approximately 5 seconds), the viewer will become completely disinterested in the object and disregard it as unimportant. The viewer will also exhibit reluctance to perform any activity directly or indirectly related to the object, including, but not limited to: testing the object, forming procedures to test the object, describing the object, guarding the object, creating machines to handle the object, and responding to any queries regarding the object. Unconditioned personnel in charge of containing the object often become truant as few as two weeks after initial exposure. Viewers will also begin to view polyhedrons similar to the shape they viewed with a sense of disgust. The severity of these symptoms vary depending on the shape of the SCP-xxxx when viewed. On average, personnel exposed to the cubic or spherical forms of the object show advanced symptoms much sooner than those viewing more complicated shapes.
When viewing a complex form SCP-xxxx, the viewer will express a sense of wonder and awe regarding the object, and will immediately become enamored with the object for the duration of the transformation. A viewer exposed to a less complex form of SCP-xxxx after viewing a complex shape will express disappointment regarding the object's new form and begin showing symptoms similar to viewers, albeit at a decelerated rate.
