Special Containment Procedures: When not being used for sanctioned psychiatric experiments, SCP-XXX is to be contained within a standard 40mm x 40mm locked container inside a Secure Storage vault at site 21.
Any Level 5 through Level 2 personnel who wish to perform psychiatric testing procedures with the assistance of SCP-XXX or general exploratory tests of SCP-XXX's anomalous effects must submit a written formal request for the usage of:
- The desired quantity of D-Class personnel
- Access to one of the approved interrogation rooms
- A security detail to prevent D-Class escape attempts
- The expressed consent of at minimum one 05 personnel.
