Special Containment Procedures: Site 242 has been established for the purpose of containing SCP-XXX on-site under the guise of a condemned building. Civilians attempting to enter Site 242 must be detained, and amnesiacs administered if necessary. SCP-XXX must be kept open closed at all times with triple-redundant locks, and may only be opened with prior permission from at least two (2) Level 3 Senior Researchers.
As of Incident-XXXX-006 all testing or entry into SCP-XXXX is suspended indefinitely.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an unfinished basement accessible via a trapdoor built into the roof on the northwest corner. It formerly belonged to an abandoned farmstead in ████████, ██. The farmstead and surrounding property have been shown to have no anomalous properties and the original building was destroyed for the construction of the Site-242. SCP-XXXX consists of a dirt floor basement approximately 4.2m x 3.1m x 1.6m in dimension. The original walls appear to be constructed out of crudely chiseled basalt in a limestone mortar. On the northern wall a message "some forms of terror are fresher than others" is written in a combination of materials confirmed to be human blood and skin tissue fastened using carpet tacks. A concrete foundation appears to have been added at a later date underneath the existing walls. The remote location and furnishings present upon discovery suggest the farmstead has been abandoned since the 1970's.
Anomalous conditions manifest themselves when a living subject enters SCP-XXXX. It will close the trapdoor sealing the individual inside. If the trapdoor is removed from its hinges, SCP-XXXX can produce forces in excess of 2000 N to return it to the opening. Although typically measurements under 2000 N are recorded Incident-XXXX-002 has shown the upper limit to be far higher. Once the opening has been closed SCP-XXXX will present a method of escape to the subject. This often occurs in the form of physical changes in SCP-XXXX. Examples include an axe on the floor to destroy the door, a shovel to tunnel beneath the wall, and a window well on the southern side. Any attempts to escape fail and often inflict non-fatal injuries on the subject. Attempts to await rescue result in the production of effects heightening the fears of the subject. Examples include: appearance of insects or vermin, spatial reduction anomalies, equipment fires, and reports of other entities or individuals. Attempts at suicide inevitably fail incurring painful, but nonfatal wounds to the subject. Death usually occurs due to dehydration or starvation. To date no subjects have been successfully recovered from SCP-XXXX once the trapdoor is in place.
Discovery occurred during the investigation of a string of disappearances and kidnappings around ████████, ██ in 19██. After the disappearance of four Federal agents assigned to the case, the Foundation assumed jurisdiction. While investigating the area, the missing agents' vehicle was discovered abandoned outside a farmhouse. Inside Foundation agents found ██████ ████████ handcuffed underneath the kitchen sink. The remains of the agents were discovered in the basement along with the remains of ██ civilians. ██████ confessed to leading ██ individuals to this location but refused to acknowledge his involvement in their deaths. After interrogation on the nature of SCP-XXXX he was assigned to D-Class, and a cover story involving rabid and aggressive animals was created. No records were found concerning the original owners of the farmstead in ████ County records.
Incident-XXXX-002
Incident Cause: Failure of current containment procedures.
Incident Details: Scheduled maintenance was performed on ██/██/20██. As part of procedures, the hatch was locked in an open position and Agent Dawson entered to evaluate threat level and examine SCP-XXXX for deterioration or damage. Upon reaching the floor, SCP-XXXX broke all three locking mechanisms requiring a force in excess of 8000 Newtons. Agent Allen and attending staff immediately began attempts to breach SCP-XXXX and retrieve Agent Dawson.
All attempts to open the trapdoor to SCP-XXXX failed. During the process Agent Dawson sustained several wounds including the loss of all fingers on this left hand and loss of hearing in his right ear. An attempt was then made to break through the floor above SCP-XXXX. A 1.2m x 1m hole was created in the floor with little difficulty. Agent Allen took hold of Dawson's arm and attending staff pulled Agent Dawson partially out of SCP-XXXX before it exhibited abnormal behavior. Thin black hands were reported issuing from SCP-XXXX and wrapping around Agent Dawson before [DATA EXPUNGED]. Upon regaining visual a message similar to the one inside SCP-XXXX was discovered on the chest of Agent Allen reading "whats ours is no longer yours".
After quarantine, attending staff and Agent Allen were screened for significant remains of Agent Dawson before being sent to Decon. They were promptly administered Class A amnesiacs and recommended for psychiatric counseling. All Willow Creek Staff at the time of the incident have been rotated to other positions outside of Site-242. Agent Allen is scheduled to have 5 skin graft surgeries before beginning therapy.
Incident Summary: Unanticipated behavior of SCP-XXXX during examination led to the entrapment and unsuccessful retrieval of Agent Dawson. Recommend re-evaluation and strengthening of containment procedures to attached specifications. Appearance of the message on Agent Allen suggests SCP-XXXX might be sentient. Recommend an attempt to communicate with SCP-XXXX be made for proper threat assessment.

Incident Cause: Discovery of additional anomalous properties of SCP-XXXX-2.
Incident Details: Following Incident-XXXX-002 permission was granted to initiate 24 hr observation of SCP-XXXX. After the initial camera's tapes disappeared, a second camera was placed to monitor the first for any additional activity or thefts. This placed SCP-XXXX-2 within its view. Upon switching to the second camera feed, Jr. Researcher ████████ found himself unable to exit the room and claimed to experience effects similar to those of SCP-XXXX. Examination of door locks showed no evidence of tampering besides a small segment of scrapped skin from ████████'s wrist. His self-termination utilizing a shattered display monitor shows SCP-XXXX is capable but limited of manifesting its effects outside its boundaries.
Incident Summary: Discovery of additional properties of SCP-XXXX-2 has lead to additional testing precautions. SCP-XXXX-2 is now omitted from observation. Recommend any other attempts to view instances of SCP-XXXX-2 be viewed through a camera watching the original footage to avoid triggering its effects.
Incident Cause: Playback of recovered video tape from SCP-XXXX.
Incident Details: In one of several attempts to communicate with SCP-XXXX one untanned pig skin and one quart of pig blood were placed in the center of SCP-XXXX. At 0700 the following day both cameras were dislodged and knocked prone. Over the following thirty minutes black hands were seen manipulating the provided skin and blood with audio recording a repeating static signal. When activity ceased technicians were dispatched to correct the cameras and fasten them to the ground. A new instance of SCP-XXXX-2 was noted in the center constructed from the provided skin and blood. It read [DATA REDACTED] indicating a desire for closer contact. Permission to utilize D-Class for this purpose denied.
At approximately 0910 a blurry figure moved through the paths of both camera depositing a video tape similar to the model utilized by current recording equipment. After 30 minutes of inactivity Agent █████ retrieves the tape with no incident. Examination shows the tape to contain approximately 142 recorded hours of footage apparently recorded on human skin. Attempts to playback the tape revealed the [DATA REDACTED] of ███ individuals and led to the deaths of three staff members involved in analysis despite precautions taken. Due to the significant psychological hazard presented and the lack of useful information the tape was incinerated after the incident.
Incident Summary: All communications from SCP-XXXX are to be treated as psychological hazards and not to be viewed directly by any foundation staff. Abnormal behavior of electronics necessitates replacement of all playback devices in Lab A.
Incident Cause: Unknown, but presumed to be exposure to unexpected manifestation of SCP-XXXX-2.
Incident Details: As previous communications from SCP-XXXX and attempts to reciprocate have failed to produce viable results, the decision was made to end observation. After this decision, a power surge damaged door controls and communication equipment at the Willow Creek Building. Analysis of equipment indicates the surge issued from SCP-XXXX despite it being isolated from the main power grid.
When control was regained all staff within laboratory and observation areas were missing. Of ██ individuals, remains of 8 were found in the forms of empty skins, and the DNA identification was made of an additional █. The interior of SCP-XXXX was found damaged by an apparent makeshift firebomb which had destroyed most of a small structure being constructed of skin in the center. The original instance of SCP-XXXX-2 was found unharmed. SCP-XXXX was repaired and the Willow Creek building sanitized and restaffed.
Close examination of remaining evidence indicates the staff noted an increased size to the entities manifesting within SCP-XXXX observing the change to be gradual throughout recorded footage with spikes of growth around incidents. A technician examining recorded footage discovered a message hidden in previously recorded static by reversing the audio. During playback the power surge occurred and the technician was apparently injured in the process. Initially staff decided to wait for restoration of power within the Willow Creek building, but after observing abnormal behavior Dr. ██████ authorized an armed assault of SCP-XXXX. Remaining staff attempted to treat Technician ██████. Complications during treatment resulted in an accidental lobotomy.
After this point no official log entries are made, however a computer displaying an in progress log entry was recovered after the incident. The entry read "Send morE nEarly fUll".
Incident Summary: Further observation and experimentation suspended pending assurance no repeat of former incidents will occur.

D-868: Chill man, I'll get there. I have to mention the girl.
Agent ██████: ████████ ████ age ██ from ████████████, ██. We have it down.
D-868: Thorough man, you stiffs are amazing. Yeah that's her, ██████ and I, well, she was our first and we learned a lot from her about what humanity is made of, but your friends were on to us. We had to get out of town. We made our way to the middle of the woods and there we found it. Like out of our fucking dreams. Some abandoned house in the woods. We could experience anything out there and no one would know. We went in, it wasn't locked, and checked it out. I threw her in the middle of the floor as we searched. I remember ██████ saying he'd found a basement. He was giggling with excitement. Hell I was too. This was perfect.
Agent ██████: I'm sure it was. How did you find out XXXX's nature?
D-868: ██████ called out to me said he found something sick in the basement. Something made out of skin. I thought it was strange. I mean one look at the place and I knew no one had been here for like forever. I went over to the hatch to see what he had seen and it slammed shut. Bam. Just like that. He swore something fierce man. Told me to cut the bullshit and open the door, but I couldn't it was like glued down. I told him I'd need a tool and then he told me not to worry about it. He found a crowbar. He was going to pry open the door.
Agent ██████: I imagine he didn't get too far.
D-868: <Laughs> No man, not at all. It broke. Clean snapped in half when he put his whole weight into it. He knocked the ladder over and told me he'd cut his arm up. Told me to go ahead and get the tool he'd just wait. Well I left him and the girl and went looking found a long crowbar in the shed and heard the screaming. I ran back in and called out to him, you know see what happened. He said there was something in there with him. Now I knew he was messing with me. How the hell would he miss something like that? I stuck the crowbar into the hatch and pried and pried. Nothing but splinters man. Meanwhile ██████ said he'd found some window well. I wondered why the hell he hadn't seen it before but he went over and screamed again. I mean these are some serious screams man. Said there was a black face in the window, black with white eyes tried to grab him when he went to open up the window. Now I'd never seen this guy ever show fear. He was hardcore man. Anyways he falls to the ground and starts praying, seriously praying. We had agreed on the lie and myth of religion months ago and the man was praying. Still pisses me off now, the lying bastard. One of the first things I learned from the workshop.
Agent ██████: So you just left him there?
D-868: Sure man, I mean the guy couldn't be trusted anymore after going back on a pact like that. He screamed and cried for days, a melody that scared the hell out of me then. There was a couple times I broke and tried to get him out of there, but the artisans knew better. They foiled every attempt we made at breaking him out. They wanted me to learn about him see. See what he was inside.
Agent ██████: You have mentioned these artisans before. Who are they?
D-868: Masters of their trade man. You ever hear about the ways we used to craft things? Had apprentices to master artisans of the craft and those apprentices would learn the subtle pieces of their master's work. I was to be their apprentice, they choose me man. A few days later it fell silent and the hatch opened. I still had that girl so I threw her down there told her to find out what happened. She didn't go easily. She hadn't… appreciated the last few days, hell I was a bit shaken myself. I shoved her through and watched her stumble about crying in the dark. Then the light came on. She looked over to the wall and the hatch slammed shut. Nearly took my fingers off. They really showed me their art then.
Agent ██████: You haven't answered my question. Who are the artisans?
D-868: Hell if I know man. They have these black faces and small round white eyes. At least I think. I never really got a good look, but something had to be creating those beautiful sounds. But they were masters at exposing humanity. The things I learned! The girl I threw in. They used her to show me the light. Her melodic combinations of low sobs and tortured screams still give me the chills. It was so incredible, so beautiful. But she only lasted the day. I knew then what I had to do. I needed more just like the artisans did. I could be their apprentice and learn their art and all I had to do was bring them more samples of humanity. God it was a wonderful life.
Agent ██████: Samples? Who the hell are you to call people that?
D-868: <Laughs> Who am I? Look in the mirror stiff. <Muffled cry of pain and the sound of a crashing chair>
Agent ██████: Sorry Sergeant. It appears I dropped my clipboard on his face. Please continue D-868.
D-868: <Coughs> Say… have you ever seen a soul die?
Agent ██████: No, but I've certainly seen some people without a soul.
D-868: Its an incredible thing to watch. Beating hearts and warm bodies, but completely still eyes open and unresponsive. That girl, you know the one. I peered into the workshop through a hole in the floor after she stopping whining. She was lying there surrounded by rats nibbling away at her toes and ears and she did nothing. Not a noise, not even a flinch. Completely still. Who does that when they still have a soul? I learned so many things. Things you will never know. What we plead for in our last moments, what humanity devolves into in their last moments. <Laughs> I threw a family in there once. Man that was interesting!

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept inside a locked steel container. The internal height must not exceed 3 cm in order to prevent the book from opening. A task force must be placed on standby for any testing, and any test involving opening the book requires a minimum of three individuals. One to examine, and two to hold the corners of the book in the event the book needs to be closed quickly.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a pop-up book with the title "Peter Pedagog's Pop-Up Futures". A copyright page proclaims the publishing date to be 1931, but neither the publisher nor the title exist in any records of the time. The book shows evidence of extensive damage including complete immersion in liquid, exposure to fire or intense heat, punctures by sharp instruments, tearing, animal and human bite marks, and [DATA REDACTED]. Most of the remaining text is blacked out by what appears to be permanent marker, however what remains consists of a dialogue between the reader and Peter, a anthropomorphic hare dressed appropriately for a British private tutor of that era. In strongly rhymed verse 'Peter' tells the reader of the 'joys' or 'sorrows' of the future present on that page. Most of the original pages have been extensively damaged or torn from the book. The condition of the pages are as follows:
- (1) Title Page: Water Damage has blurred most of the writing. Legible text reads "Peter Pedagog's Pop-Up Futures - Wonde ain Publishing (c) 1931 - 1st Edition"
- (2-3) Glued together. Careful restoration work has removed 23% of the adhesive present.
- (4-5) Writing charred beyond recognition and 81% of pop-up structures destroyed. Careful study lifted the text "…to the … wire" and "… eaten… by the … fire"
- (6-7) Pop-ups depict a futuristic stronghold in ruins surrounded by collapsed buildings and strange countrysides. 'Peter' appears to be shaking his head in a condescending manner as he gestures towards the stronghold. The legs of several creatures are visible throughout the scene but each has been torn from the page. The writing is heavily censored
Efforts are under way to restore the book and rebuild missing pages. It is unknown whether SCP-XXXX's effects are the cause of this damage, or if the damage was caused by previous owners of the book.

Special Containment Procedures: Due to the unique nature of SCP-XXXX and its reaction towards typical containment procedures, Site-138 consisting of the SoHo Suites Hotel in ████████, ██ is to be maintained and operated as a regular three star hotel and staffed by Foundation agents. Current hotel rates should be carefully monitored and the room rate should be set to a cost noticeably higher than the cost of other accommodations in the area to lower the rate of reservations. The Site-Administrator is given permission to offer any discount to guests if the hotel should fail to have at least five reservations for any given night. This rate control should keep a steady and maintainable flow of guests to pacify SCP-XXXX.
All guest requests should be responded to promptly to avoid the appearance of SCP-XXXX-1. Should SCP-XXXX-1 appear it should be intercepted and asked to help in an area away from guests. All guest common areas should be monitored and any instances of SCP-XXXX-2 should be offered any applicable upgrade or service to limit their conversations with guests.
Under no circumstances should any Agent, SCP-XXXX-1, or SCP-XXXX-2, be allowed to recommend, suggest, offer, or in any way influence customers to ask for a wakeup call. All requests for a wakeup call will be flatly and immediately denied no matter the reason, and a discount up to the cost of the room can be applied to pacify guests.
Description: While the exact cause the of effects are unknown, the designation SCP-XXXX has been given to a theorized entity currently inhabiting the SoHo Suites Hotel. Due to variations seen between instances of SCP-XXXX-1 and SCP-XXXX-2 they are presumed to be effects of SCP-XXXX rather than the SCP itself. While SCP-XXXX inhabits a hotel it will gain the following properties:
- General improvement to appearance exceeding pre-inhabitation rating
- Supplies of exceptional quality appear and are restocked without any need for orders or deliveries. The labels on these products match no known brand or manufacturer but are otherwise non-anomalous
- Although perishables must still be ordered, they are generally prepared into meals of a quality exceeding the preparer's actual skill level
SCP-XXXX presumably monitors guest satisfaction and the timeliness of staff service. If staff fail to satisfy guests SCP-XXXX-1 will manifest. SCP-XXXX-1 has appeared in several different forms, it typically manifests as a female bellhop in her mid twenties with short cut blond hair. Hotel guests perceive SCP-XXXX-1 as a regular staff member eager to satisfy every request. To employed staff, SCP-XXXX-1 appears dressed in a worn and faded bellhop uniforn consistent with the ████████ chain of hotels. A deep wound crosses from her left clavicle to the right side of her scalp cutting through the jaw and skull and exposing the bone and tissue underneath. This wound appears open and in a state of deep decay although it apparently poses SCP-XXXX-1 no trouble with its duties. Although only one instance of SCP-XXXX-1 appears at a time it has taken █ other forms including Agent ██████ following Incident-XXXX-042. SCP-XXXX-1 considers itself a member of hotel staff and can be asked to perform tasks by other staff, and ordered to complete tasks by the current hotel manager. As SCP-XXXX-1 helps guests it will offer and encourage guests to try getting a wakeup call.
SCP-XXXX will also manifest SCP-XXXX-2 in guest common areas. All instances of SCP-XXXX-2 appear to be former guests who accepted a wakeup call at hotels inhabited by SCP-XXXX. To guests they appear to be greatly enjoying their stay at the affected hotel and encourage guests to try various facilities and services the hotel offers. They will encourage guests to ask for a wakeup call if not interrupted by staff. To employed staff SCP-XXXX-2 appear in the state they were in shortly before their death wounds inflicted by their death appear as open and decaying. No matter the severity of their wounds they pose no inconvenience to SCP-XXXX-2.
Guests allowed to accept a wakeup call will continue to enjoy their stay and the services of the hotel until the appointed time is reached. Upon reaching this time the guest and any other individuals occupying the same room will instantly be found dead of apparently self-inflicted wounds usually inflicted using unusual combinations of items in the room. This effect cannot be stopped by leaving the hotel, but can be delayed by removing individuals from the proximity of communication devices. Although this temporal anomaly cannot be witnessed by outside observers, video recording has shown [DATA REDACTED], and audio recording shows a time elapse between two minutes to nine days. Logs show the phone present in the guest's room rings and the guest finds they are unable to exit the room. If the phone is ignored SCP-XXXX resorts to louder rings in excess of ██ decibels and other communication devices including cellphones, television, and radios. If these devices are not present SCP-XXXX will utilize other individuals in the room or [DATA REDACTED]. Upon making contact with the guest SCP-XXXX suggests a method for "waking up" inevitably fatal. If resisted guests experience a variety of disturbing manifestations, hallucinations, and injuries generally preying on the guest's fears. How SCP-XXXX is able to determine this is unknown. These experiences never affect the room itself although the guest typically deals significant damage in their attempts to escape. Periodically SCP-XXXX will contact the guest again offering another method for "waking up". At this point all subjects have accepted one of SCP-XXXX's offers. It is currently unknown whether this anomaly can be stopped once a subject has accepted a wakeup call. Testing is suspended until more productive avenues of testing can be found.
Addendum XXXX-03: SCP-XXXX was first discovered in ███████ ███, ██ At the █████████ Bed and Breakfast following an unusually high concentration of suicides tied to the building. Upon determining the nature of SCP-XXXX it was decided to close the bed and breakfast and seal the area from the public. After three months SCP-XXXX-1 was reported by staff at the SoHo Suites hotel. As Foundation personnel arrived SCP-XXXX-1 [DATA EXPUNGED]. ██ Civilians and █ Agents were identified during cleanup. The SoHo Suites hotel was closed and Incident-XXXX-1 covered as a gas leak.
After the █████████ Bed and Breakfast was found to have no traces of SCP-XXXX remaining it was determined SCP-XXXX was not a building but a separate entity. SCP-XXXX-1's comment [DATA REDACTED] before Incident-XXXX-1 led researchers to experiment using SCP-XXXX as dorms for D-class personnel. Careful application of containment procedures led to no incidents for █ months. Incident-XXXX-2 occuring after a brief sighting of SCP-XXXX-1 at ████████ ███████ Hotel, suggested SCP-XXXX was beginning to move. In an effort to contain SCP-XXXX the SoHo Suites Hotel was reopened to the public under the current containment procedures.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX must be kept on a 0.5m pedestal inside a reinforced and blast shielded room measuring at least 2m x 2m x 2.5m. A transparent plexiglass splashguard must fit over the pedestal and leave no more than 2mm distance from the top of the cover to the top of SCP-XXXX. This cover is to remain over SCP-XXXX at all times unless performing maintenance procedure XXXX-XK-Omega in order to minimize risk from falling drops of SCP-XXXX-1. Remote surveillance must be maintained at all times and monitor the SCP-XXXX-1 levels within SCP-XXXX. When SCP-XXXX-1 levels are within 2mm of the top of SCP-XXXX procedure XXXX-XK-Omega must be performed immediately. The absence of D-Class personnel is not a condition to avoid performing procedure XXXX-XK-Omega.
Description: SCP-XXXX is ornamental chalice constructed primarily from silver with a gilded interior surface. The metalwork is ornate and consists of depictions of leaves, vines, and scenes from Judeo-Christian literature. The impracticality of the wide rim for personal use combined with its appearance suggest it originally served as a communion chalice.
The reservoir contains SCP-XXXX-1, a opaque liquid of unknown composition. It is black in appearance with trace amounts of a lighter grey contaminant. This gives the reservoir a smoky appearance. Individuals selected for maintenance procedure XXXX-XK-Omega have reported seeing contorted faces on the surface, but these sightings have not been confirmed by any other personnel or recording equipment. The volume of this liquid is steadily increased at a rate of [DATA REDACTED] by drops which appear on the closest surface directly above SCP-XXXX. No attempts to intercept these drops have been successful, resulting in the drops appearing on the underside of the intercepting object, or [DATA REDACTED].
SCP-XXXX-1's effects occur upon leaving the reservoir of SCP-XXXX. If spilled SCP-XXXX-1 begins to evaporate causing numerous anomalous and dangerous effects. Reported and recorded events include:
- Visions of fire
- Smell of sulfur
- Pressure variances between -█ to ██ atm
- Applications of force between █ to ██ kilonewtons
- Temperatures in excess of ████ Kelvin
- The sensation of being scalded
- Decapitation or multilation
- Hallucinations of "vengeful" entities
The intensity of these effects appears to be proportional to the amount of SCP-XXXX-1 spilled. As personnel are affected by SCP-XXXX-1 it will evaporate and the effects will end. Ingestion of spilled SCP-XXXX-1 also serves to end the manifested effects. Attempting to isolate personnel from the effects resulted in no evaporation until [DATA EXPUNGED] at which point an emergency application of maintenance procedure XXXX-XK-Omega and ██ casualties ended the manifestations. Due to results all future experimentation with SCP-XXXX-1 is forbidden barring O5 Permission.
The ingestion of SCP-XXXX-1 negates the effects previously mentioned, but is detrimental to the health and sanity of the individual. The intensity of the effects vary per individual. Reported effects include:
- Sensations of intense pain
- Bleeding from any/all orifices including pores
- Feelings of intense guilt
- Hallucinations of "angelic" entities
- Muscle spasms and paralysis
- Cardiac arrest
- Death
Due to the intensity of effects most individuals who have consumed SCP-XXXX-1 have died within █ minutes from shock, cardiac arrest, or exsanguination. Testing has indicated an individual may survive the effects of SCP-XXXX-1 ingestion if stopped before any bleeding occurs. It is recommended for an individual who begins exhibiting this symptom to voluntarily or otherwise continue ingesting SCP-XXXX-1 while they are able. Due to the effects of ingesting SCP-XXXX-1 further testing is forbidden barring 05 permission.
Addendum: XXXX-XK-Omega Individual Selection - Level 3 Clearance Required
The following information should not be disclosed to personnel below Level 3 clearance unless given permission from the Foundation Ethics Committee.
A pattern has been discovered in the reactions of personnel to SCP-XXXX-1. In order to minimize loses incurred by the execution of maintenance procedure XXXX-XK-Omega legal records of all D-Class personnel inside Site-██ should be performed to select personnel who perform the tasks required by maintenance procedure XXXX-XK-Omega efficiently to reduce losses. Preference should be given to D-Class who still maintain their innocence to the circumstances leading to their recruitment to D-Class. These personnel may be exempted from monthly termination and held to perform maintenance procedure XXXX-XK-Omega. With permission from a Site Administrator, D-Class personnel meeting this description may be transferred from other sites as required.
These D-Class individuals often outperform all other candidates and even Foundation personnel when completing maintenance procedure XXXX-XK-Omega. If no candidates meeting these conditions are available care should be taken to find D-Class who have received their designation through minimum levels of transgression, or those who profess to have obtained their status "for the greater good". These candidates often perform at the level of Foundation personnel when performing maintenance procedure XXXX-XK-Omega.
Despite original assumptions religious preference has no effect on the efficiency of personnel when performing maintenance procedure XXXX-XK-Omega.
