Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 3m x 3m x 9m standard containment unit filled with tar. The
composition of this tar must be made of highmoor sphagnum peat and kept at a temperature below 4 °C. If the containment is breached or the
temperature rises above 4 °C, a redundant system kept on a separate generator should be used to flood the entire chamber with tar. All personnel
in contact during the breach must be quarantined and kept 6 months for observation.

Description: SCP-XXXX is an animate human cadaver that has been preserved in tar for the last ████ years. If removed from tar, it will perceive any action as a threat to its survival and attempt to defend itself. The subject's abilities are limited, but their full extent is unknown. It can modulate its vocal chords to attune to natural resonances, disabling anyone within a 5 meter radius. All other information is classified.

A body was discovered in the bogs of █████, Ireland by █████ █████, age 5. Normally, this event would be handled by various resident archeologists, but several irregularities were discovered that required the intervention of the Foundation. The subject (SCP-XXXX) had his eyes and ears sewn shut. Although not atypical for cadavers excavated from the area, on a closer examination, it became apparent that the subject's eyelids were tied together by its own eye lashes. The specimen's ears were folded over and stitched together with what appeared to be human hair. Furthermore,
every pore on SCP-XXXX's body was closed up by small sutures made in a complex braid (resembling ancient Celtic knots.)

Research was assigned to Dr. Kettler on ██/██/████. Initial testing revealed that although the hair itself seems to be of human origin, an assay
of its composition shows it to be consistent with [DATA EXPUNGED]. All ligatures were unable to be removed by either ordinary or extraordinary
means. See log ██████ for details. Theories at this time pointed to [DATA EXPUNGED] who have been linked to the etiology of the endemic mythology.
After the initial assessment, the project was labeled low priority and shelved until ██/██/████. An autopsy was ordered to determine cause of
death, along with further testing on the nature of the knots and strength of the braid.

On 05/██/20██, an autopsy was performed revealing the existence of entities collectively known as SCP-XXXX. They are small parasitoids parasites entities
that invade and colonize their host. For the most part SCP-XXXX and its host's body remain inanimate, although some internal organs have been observed to be repurposed for the sake
of external defense. Some organs— such as the kidneys, spleen and lungs— are now utilized as weapons. Vocal chords in particular are able to emit various frequencies at high decibel levels, capable of attuning sound with natural resonances. Others seem to function as a communal life sustaining mechanisms. Subject's heartbeat is irregular. The autopsy remains incomplete.
