Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-A is to be housed in ██████ Hospital, located in ███ ██████, ██. All medical and professional records of the subject are to be sent to either Dr. L████ or Dr. A█████, and any necessary changes made. At no time should any such records state the subject is not admitted voluntarily, is on any medication not prescribed by Dr. A█████, or state that the subject is admitted under any reasons other than paranoid schizophrenia.
Currently, SCP-XXXX-A is in room 17 of building D. Movement of the subject to any other room or building is prohibited, unless requested by three (3) or more personnel with level 4 clearance. Room 17 is 10.8 square meters, windowless, and furnishings are limited to one (1) twin sized bed, one (1) desk, and one (1) metal folding chair. Lighting in room 17 is to be supplied by two (2) 60 Watt fluorescent tubes, and at no time are these lights to be shut off for any reason. In the event the fluorescent tubes burn out, they are to be replaced by a member of ██████ Hospital staff, while SCP-XXXX-A is moved to an area with sufficient lighting.
As of incident XXXX-1, two (2) emergency lights have been placed inside room 17, and are to be activated in the event of a power outage or blow-out of the fluorescent tubes.
