SCP-XXXX upon initial discovery

Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Euclid, Safe

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be isolated from further human contact outside of the Foundation, this has proven problematic due to the difficult nature of the Object's transportation, as such, it is currently attributed as the retreat for a well known artist and not to be tampered with by any of the locals.
Measures have been taken to ensure this including:
1. D-Class personnel are assigned to upkeep SCP-XXXX's external appearance at all times.
2. Electronically locked windows, the glass of which was replaced with ballistic glass at least 76 mm in thickness.
3. The door has been replaced with a identical variant with a titanium plate filling, so as not to cause suspicion among the locals.
4. Locks have been replaced with a code key that requires a 4 digit code, followed by the personnel's specific code, failure to do so will result in an immediate 24 hour lockdown placed on the code key and all locks related to the Object
Note: A request has been made by researchers to eliminate the 24 hour lockdown, apparently D-Class personnel aren't capable of remembering their 3-4 digit code. O5-█: Request denied, suggesting a use of more intelligent D-Class personnel.

Description: SCP-XXXX was originally a small (2 Bedroom 1 Bath), relatively run-down Victorian home covering an area estimated to be about 93 Meters2 discovered in the town of ████████, Georgia in █/██/██04

Observing the Object from the outside yields no anomalous or otherwise strange features. It has been noted that electronic surveillance of the interior has allowed researchers to verify that it is furnished and relatively normal so long as no organisms are within it. Object is activated upon detecting a living organism entering the building, it is unknown how Object verifies whether the organism is living or not, all tests have yielded no results. It has been suggested the Object may have mild sentience, however all attempts at testing Object's sentience have returned mixed results leaving researchers unsure. Upon entering SCP-XXXX, the interior of the building undergoes catastrophic changes, most notably and unnerving is the bodies that make up the interior structure. The new building appears organic in nature.

SCP-XXXX contains various appliances, a telephone (to be referred to as SCP-XXXX-1), a television (To be referred to as SCP-XXXX-2) which are explained in their respective Experiment Logs

Addendum: Due to Object's disturbing abilities, immediate research has been requested by Dr. ████████ to discover what exactly it is capable of.

Note: Locking personnel within SCP-XXXX as a punishment is NOT under any circumstances appropriate. All staff utilizing this as a punishment method are to be reprimanded immediately. Psychiatric evaluations cost time and money, and they're not worth a punishment for drinking your coffee
