If you're not working on this, potential spoilers!

Seriously not joking about the spoilers

You've been warned

Wikidot has a lot of headers

I'm doing this so if you don't want to get spoilered, you don't necessarily see the spoilers automatically

You're here because I shared the idea of this series with you or you're nosy and should fight me. Some starting points before I get into the concept. These are here because I like them and want to use concepts like them or add the pieces themselves to the series/canon/whatever the fuck this ends up being and are presented in no particular order.

  • Metafiction by Voct: Establishes the alt timeline / metafiction and that we exist. I'm not necessarily going with the last line revelation as fact but definitely the general idea that we influence the universe and they can see this.
  • 1212-J, Standards by Bryx: A joke about reviewing SCPs
  • Maintaining A Positive Relationship With Yourself by Ghostchibi: This is about what it sounds like it's about if your "self" is someone you made. Kind of the opposite of Punching The Mirror (below) in some ways but similar in others.
  • The Self Insert by Bright: An Author in the universe. Capital A on purpose. Not necessarily a huge impact on the overall story unless going with the effects someone who built "cheat codes" into the universe could have.
  • Break On Through by Bleggs: An Author (Reader?) is kidnapped by the Foundation. Similar to above, but Bright was the one who build cheat codes in.
  • Routine by Anqxyr: A short tale describing the feeling of a Class-A amnestic. Possibly going to repeat this multiple times where appropriate if a series page is made.
  • Punching The Mirror by Me, Tuomey goddamn Tombstone: Agent Tuomey's debut in which he kills someone very like him but not the "right" guy. Next, he's going exploring probably. Maybe more like Wandering.

Now, the concept.

The series is going to explore the effects We have on Them. Us, the real authors, on the SCP universe. We're gods but we have limits - because of the site rules.

What happens when things get deleted? What happens when they get rewritten? What if we change a password? What if we just stop in the middle of a series? Do our avatars have more ontological inertia than other characters? What about unofficial fanfiction and site ratings? All questions to consider.

There can be humour or seriousness or cyberpunk or standard horror SCPs. Anything.

Stories. Articles. Art. Games. Newspaper stories. Photography of IRL weird shit that makes the Foundation look Real or Fake. ANYTHING, MOTHERFUCKER.

Multiple timelines can happen. I have no problem with making a series/canon/whatever page into a huge confusing flow chart.

I don't know what ending I'm aiming for. This is a journey and we've set fire to the fucking map on purpose. I haven't asked permission from any of the authors above to do this but those pages aren't necessarily part of the series. They just get the concept.

There can be multiple endings and timelines can diverge and merge. They can loop, the same tale revisited multiple times.

Author avatars are expected to feature heavily but not everything has to be about them. It's fine to break away from that.

Write words, fuck expectations, get votes. Up or down, doesn't matter.
